While leading social media at Chief, we grew our audience 5x—adding 475K new followers—and expanded our presence from LinkedIn to Instagram. Our strategy centered on two pillars: high-impact editorial content that elevates brand credibility and rapid-response content that newsjacks cultural moments, reinforcing Chief’s values and building a powerful brand halo.

Below are examples of recent rapid response work, including our viral “Here’s what a real Chief would say” post, in response to the KC Chiefs player Harrison Butker’s speech, created as a rally cry for professional women aligned to our brand values. The post garnered 670k impressions, 330 comments, and 1.5k reposts, proving that you can create a brand moment without an entire brand campaign.
